Full architectural services were provided for the design and construction of a new dealership following the Subaru Signature Image Program Guidelines. The guidelines were used as a reference for the basis of the design, even though the Client made major adjustments to the floor plans by adding an angled service entrance directly adjacent to the service reception, as well as two more bays to the service area.
The Subaru image was respected for interior and exterior colours and materials to ensure that the Subaru environments experienced by the customers reflected the quality standards from all Subaru retailers. Items such as the blue tower, the fascia with the Subaru sign, the entrance canopy and the showroom glazing are four essential elements of the signature image.
The building is located on a lot that is bordered by two major high traffic areas which gives high visibility on two facades giving an effective quality public face. The property itself is quite ample and can carry maximum inventory requirements.
