The project is an open concept interior fit-up that includes a reception desk that functions as a welcome station for the clients; three tellers desks designed to optimize the concept of self service; a lounge area to reduce line-ups and create a sociable ambience; and two offices. These areas are all available to the public. The project also includes administrative areas such as a staff kitchenette, a counting room and a washroom which have limited access to staff only.
The client requested an interior that caters to the client’s experience, with an atmosphere of friendliness and accessibility with the use of new technology. Since the clients are mainly students, a look and feel that is young and dynamic was created. In keeping with the Caisse Populaire’s standards, splashes of vibrant colours were added with modern finishes and contemporary furniture.
